About This Course

What This Course Covers

ACLS Provider is for healthcare professionals who need to manage complex cardiac emergencies — including cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes.

The course puts team performance first. Real resuscitations depend on coordination, communication, and shared decision-making. You'll work through simulated cardiac emergencies as part of a team, building the confidence and clinical judgment to lead or contribute effectively.

All scenarios are instructor-led and reflect real clinical situations. Training is delivered on-site or off-site — exclusively for your group.

Blended Format

How Blended ACLS Works

The blended option splits the course into two phases — online and in-person — so your team spends less time away from clinical duties without sacrificing any of the hands-on practice that makes ACLS effective.

Participants complete the cognitive portion (algorithms, pharmacology, rhythm recognition) online at their own pace before the in-person session. When we arrive on-site, the full time is dedicated to team simulations, skills stations, and scenario-based practice.

Ask About Blended ACLS

Phase 1 — Online (6–8 hrs)

Self-paced cognitive modules covering ACLS algorithms, pharmacology, and rhythm recognition. Approximately 6–8 hours — complete before the in-person day.

Phase 2 — In-Person

Provider: 8–10 hrs · Renewal: 5–6 hrs. 100% hands-on — team simulations, megacodes, and skills stations.

Less Time On-Site

Blended cuts in-person hours significantly compared to the traditional format — ideal for busy clinical teams.

Same Certification

Full Heart & Stroke Canada ACLS certification — valid 2 years. No difference in credential from the traditional format.
